Last month's DACA stats were released

So last month they received 14,634 applications and accepted 13,960 of them. Meanwhile, 25,000 applications were approved and 2,000 were denied, which means 27,000 were processed. This also means that the backlog shrank by about 13,000 applications. So far, of the 555,000 biometrics scheduled, 465,000 got processed (either approved or denied), which means that the backlog is around 90,000. At this rate, it would take about 6-7 months to clear the entire backlog.

Still less than 3% of the number of approved apps overall.

Less accepted, a good number of approved, yet most still waiting more than three months.

I'm confident I'll get a response before the end of the year.

Granted, the backlog would be cleared in the next few months...only if people stopped submitting applications.
