ive applied for my social on aug. 5th. and i still have not gotten anything. can some one please help me how long l will it take for DHS to approve my application from the social secirity.

Go back to the social security office and tell them. You should have gotten it already.

Yeah, you should of gone back weeks ago, and ask for a printout, with that you can work.
