Will they stop renewing your DACA once you reach 31?!

Are there any details on that? Let's say you get approved for DACA now but you're 31 by the time you need to renew, will it still be possible?

Basically you can apply to renew it at any age, but as of now (with the wording), it's up to the person handling your case whether you can renew or not. Have in mind that nothing has been setup for renewing DACA.

How old are you?

EDIT: I saw you haven't been approved.

If you were approved for DACA, age won't be a factor anymore.

Renewing Deferred Action Under This Process

Individuals whose case is deferred under this process will not be placed into removal proceedings or removed from the United States for a period of two years, unless terminated. You may request consideration for a two-year extension of deferred action through a process to be detailed in the future. As long as you were under the age of 31 on June 15, 2012, you may request a renewal even after turning 31. Your request for an extension will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Again, I just said that regardless of age, they can deny renewal since it's a 'request for consideration'.

I'm about to turn 29. If I do get approved, I'll be 31 in two years so....dunno. We'll see. I mean, maybe CIR might have passed by then...

So, are you agreeing with me or what?

Age won't be a factor.

USCIS worded it all incorrectly, the requirement is actually to have been born on June 16th 1981 or later. As long as you were under 31 when the process was announced (June 15, 2012) you can renew.
