!!CA Dream Act AB 131 HELP!!

OK, so I submitted my CA Dream Act with a lot of errors, I then resubmitted it and it still had several mistakes. Can I resubmit it, yet another time? Also, has anyone who applied for cal grants with AB 131 get a full ride? Do Cal-States give full rides to undocumented students who fill out the DREAM Act financial aid form? HELP PLEASE, I am really stressing out!! :(

No you do not get a free ride, it only gives you monies on ur financial situation that why it asks regarding your taxes or parents taxes,
