Returning to the US with advanced paroled.

I got back Sunday from Mexico with advance parole. It was fairly easy even though I missed my flight back to Georgia thanks to US immigration. My experience in Mexico was not what you see on TV. It was amazing. Yeah the small little communities are kinda crapy but the bigger towns and cities are amazing. There was a lot of central Americans in my town, due to the fact that the train goes through there. I felt at home and I felt safe. I went to different cities and they all had a lot to offer and very modern. My aunt was happy to see me and she was with me most of the time over there. She is feeling better and she started new treatments.
Overall my experience in Mexico left me wanting to more. Its beautiful over there and I felt right at home. Food and services are super cheap, my money lasted a lot over there.
Screw the TV for giving Mexico a bad image.

Yes my gf is a citizen. Did they ask you any questions? They didn't ask me anything. They took me to a room and with other people and one officer looked at my paper and brought it to me stamped. I was good to go after that.

Thats awesome. If u have zero criminal record you are good to go, green card in less than 6 mos(according to some lawyers) no they didnt ask me anything. The officers were kinda being goofy at each other, it was funny. After 40 min my name got called and he said you good to go. I want to get started with AOS as soon as possible. Wbu?

There isn't really a time frame. But it took me 2 months. I've seen people get approved within a month.
