Do we have to sent the whole package all over again. Yeah I skimmed through it they expect us to be employed and or attained sufficient progress in or post secondary education.

Based on the info, I believe we just have to fill up those three forms and the $465 and no evidence needed because we are on their radar (they have info about us already). I saved the forms in the my computer so I think I will just have to update them. What do you guys think?

Also, I think it would be too much to provide the same information (evidence) again. I think it would be better if USCIS has a separate renewal form.

I have to correct this. The forms that must be used are different from the old ones used in 2012. It appears that these forms have an expiration date on them. So, download the new ones. However, the 1-765WS form is not posted in USCIS website yet.

In view of how long the govt. takes to process DACA this part is scary:

If your previous period of deferred action expires before you receive a renewal of deferred action under DACA, you will accrue unlawful presence and will not be authorized to work for any time between the periods of deferred action. For this reason, USCIS encourages you to submit your request for renewal 120 days before your current period of deferred action under DACA expires.

Hold the phone, I didn't see the use of "or" between number 1 and 2,

I know this is for ICE-granted DACA, but...

...Is this saying we need to have some kind of degree or certificate attained, and then employed?

I mean the employed fine is all fine and dandy, but what program are they expecting us to have completed?

I think I am reading this wrong...

Is there a difference between ICE-granted DACA and "regular" DACA?

OK I reread 1, 2, and 3...and the use of "or" is there, but it was before number 3 I guess indicating that its 1 out of these 3 situations...

...that would make sense...lol...:?...
