Some exciting news for all the Virginia dreamers being able to pay instate! I know I couldn't afford thousands for a single course. So this is a blessing! Thanks to good people like Attorney Herring!

Can someone confirm if this is real? as if you went to the school and they granted you in state?

Yes. Went to nvcc and applied for domicile change and was approved within 48 hours.

awesome!!!!!!!!!! im so happy for everyone! I was granted instate through a loophole with VCU with he help of daca.

Did you have to talk to a counselor or just submitted the information? do they need bank statements, copy of DL, SS#, etc?

Yay!!!I was worried about this. Also does anyone know if Mason would grant me money back for the out of state tuition Ive already paid on previous years?
