I want to believe but the article has no citations from official sources :( , even thought it quotes Jeh Johnson, their is no link to any official memo or press release from Jeh Johnson so I'm skeptical

Is anyone else having trouble viewing the I-821D form? A page shows up saying to please wait... as it will be replaced with the document.

I had that problem when using Chrome I switched to IE and it worked.

Thanks! What I did was just download that file even though I couldn't see it and I was able to open/view it after saving.

I had this issue with Firefox. It worked fine in IE.

Download it to your computer.. should solve most issues with opening the document. Also use latest version of Adobe Reader.
