i-821d Question

We do not have to send anything in other than our forms if we have not been in removal proceedings or in trouble with the law right?

i know we have to submit a copy of our EAD cards with the i-765 form, but do we need to submit the 2 photographs again?

Re: i-821d Question

Yes, submit those again. They are passport sized photos and be sure to write your name and alien number on the back in pencil.

does anyone here know if on the current immigration status question on the i-765 form we still put "unlawful status" or do we put "TPS" since we are renewing?

This was debated when DACA first came out and I still don't see a concrete answer. On the I-765 instructions there are 3 sections under required documents, A, B and C.

Section A says to submit a copy of your I-94. Section B says to submit a copy of your EAD, but then at the bottom it says that if you are filing under category C33(DACA) no additional documents are required beyond what you submit to prove your identity on form I-821D.

To me, that makes no sense, do we need to submit those required documents listed on the I-765 instructions or not. Either way, I'm sending them the passport pictures and a copy of my EAD front and back since the instructions aren't clear to me. Won't hurt.

But you're not sending a copy of your I94.. Because we don't need to send any additional documents as stated on the renewal guidelines. So I'm guessing we're supposed to skip these requirements as well. But still send a front and back copy of your EAD just to be safe..

yup. im not sending my copy of i-94. i still have another year left to think about all this. i think once they have a copy of your EAD and Alien #, your information will quickly come up to their computers.
