Daca approved after 6+mnths and 1rfe, i765 2rfe:/ still pending
 

So Im new to this ..so here it goes lol .. if any questions u can ask ..u can also let me know if this has happened to any of u guys /:

Nov . 4th Sent out i821d and i765
Nov . 6th They recieved it
Nov . 13th Got the notice that they recieved it ,
Dec . 23rd BIOMETRICS , went in as scheduled In California
Feb . 14th Update status that I had an rfe on both applications /:
Sometime around febuary got the rfes in the mail
March 8 . Sent it out
kept checking my status but nothing still in rfe
FINALLY ..June . 3rd they sent me another rfe :/ on the same i765 asking for the i765ws ..dont know why tho if I sent them it already after the 1st Rfe :/I put 0 for income around 500 for exoenses and 0 for assets.. I dont work and I have a son ..I explained .
June 4th I GOT APPROVED FOR THE I821D
June 8th got The acceptance letter ♡
June . 10th got the rfe letter for i765ws
June.16th sent out the rfe response for the i765ws ..

sigh :/ now im jus praying and hoping they approve it :/ dont jnow what they wanted tho with asking for the i765ws again :/

...That seems really off, if the I-821D is approved you should technically have DACA.

im like hopeless sometimes like wtfreak why would they be asking for the exact same i765 ws 2 times both rfes :/ I sent it out yesterday for the second time so now hopefully I get approved :/ Have u gotten approved already(: ?

I do have Daca ..I got approved on June 4th but the i765 work permit had requested another rfe for the second time asking to submit the i765ws sheet again with my income and all of that , what the page consists of .

The I-821D=DACA= Deferred Action. Your work permit will be based on the approval since June 4th.

In short, it would seem you currently have DACA status, but cannot prove it because you do not have the work permit. I haven't read of many individuals being RFE'd for the I-765.

But I do I have the acceptance letter of the deferred action ..They sent an rfe for the i765 for the 2nd time :/ asking for the i765ws

Ooh I see what ur saying..so even if I have the acceptance letter and got approved for the deffered action..without the work permit ..its like im not?? Is that what ur saying?? And I know Ive been searching for people who have gotten a rfe for i765 and not so many probably like only 2 ppl ive seen but seems like im the only one whos gotten it for the 2nd time !!:/it worries me idk if ill be approved or not even of they approved my deffered action already

Probably they meant to approve both applications after you sent back your rfe the first time but for some reason they requested it again and maybe its just a big whole misunderstanding. Do you have a lawyer or did you apply by yourself? because the whole situation seems pretty confusing and this is not something you want to be confused about lol

Naw applied myself ..and it is very confusing seems like im the only one with this problem ..like I received the rfe Feb 20 sumthing for the i765 sent in the i765ws on march 8th ..they had to recieve it ..nd then on june 3rd they sent out the exact same rfe i765 for the i765ws again and on June 4th they approve my Daca ..like wtfreak :/ ..

what do u think my chances are getting approved for my work permit ?:/
