Will CIR bill that passed senate die if the house does not bring it up to vote?

let say 5 years or more has passed and the house still does not bring it up to vote.. will the CIR that passed senate die?

It dies the moment the previous congress finishes. So it'll die on 11:59PM January 2nd 2015.

wow we dont have much time.... if it doesnt pass this year....it might take long time to bring it up again. Obama gota pull a trigger now!
