Renting office space in Miami...
 

Hey everyone, I am looking to rent some office space in the Miami area but since I'm not from there I know nothing about the neighborhoods I've found potential spaces in.

If anyone here from the Miami area would be willing to take a look at my list of possible places and let me know if they know anything about the areas they are in and share with me what they know that would be awesome.

Once I get a responses or responses of people willing to help I'll post the link.

Don't know why you or anyone would wanna go to south Florida
For an office in Miami go Kendall or Aventura
Anywhere else in Miami is pretty much awful
Yes including South Beach
Don't even think about Broward
If it doesn't have to be Miami specifically I'd look a little more north like Delray area
If you've hit West Palm Beach you've gone to far (major shithole)
Gardens is cool tho

I lived all around the tri-county area for about 12 years
And I mean ALL AROUND
Fuck that place
If you need to go Florida try Orlando

FATTY..it would have been more convenient to me to help you out if u had mentioned your budget bracket .Since you are new to this place , however apart from your desired amenities and your resp. purpose of business ,make sur you find your office somewhere in the middle of Miami, it will fetch more attention .
