renewing with less than 120 days
 

I happened to have a lot of economic problems i just came up with the money and the forms but i only have 114 days to file. do you guys think i will get denied or i will be in trouble for not filling with at least 120 days??
ps:i live in the state of Fl

You should apply ASAP. Its hard to tell its still early now, but from what we know from USCIS, if your case takes longer but you have file already, they will issue temp permits
