Proper documentation to Apply for AP for humanitarian reason?
 

Hey guys, Like I said on my last post, I am trying to see if I can get my AP approved.
My mom is pretty sick in Brazil and I really would like this opportunity to see her after 8 years.
I wanted to know what kind of proper paperwork is needed to submit the application for better chances to be approved.

You will need a doctor's or hospital's diagnostics letter as detailed as possible for proof of illness and its English translation, both yours and your mother's birth certificates also with English translation and last but not least a personal statement of why you want to travel outside of the US.

of coarse you will need $360.00 check or money order and 2 passport style photos
