Your case can not be found at this time
 

Hi all,

Haven't post here in a while. Did anyone else keep getting the same message "Your case can not be found at this time in My Case Status". I send renew docs early september, and my biometrics is next week (8/10). Everything seems fine, just curious if anyone keeps getting the same message.

I got it the entire time my case was with them, I never even saw "initial review" but would randomly check a few times every day. On Tuesday I randomly checked and it went to approved.

Before that, I had called them twice about this and they said it's slow to update sometimes but it doesn't affect your case.

It happened to me too and still the status is same. It is not approved yet.

It works now and then, for the hell of it, I checked my first case, and it wasnt found for months, then today I checked it again, and it works again

Yeah my cases don't show either on my case status :-/

oh ok, seems like i'm not alone on this. Had my biometrics done yesterday...I guess all I gotta do is wait at this point...
