EAD expiring 10/21 😔
 

So I was wondering if I should go into my uscis office and talk to them since the date is getting pretty close and I can't really afford to miss work. Is anyone in the same situation as me ? 😔 btw I filled the renewal as soon as I was able to , meaning 4mibths before

This sucks. Mine expires too. I called uscis and the lady told me they cannot do anything within the "processing time" which is 6 months. So you can go 6 months without them doing anything for you. SUCKS!!

Mine ecpires the same day. Ive submitted and called the Ombudsman. Its important to follow up with a call to relay the urgency. Also at this point just go ahead and ask for your congressman to inquire. All you have to do is fill out a form from their website and fax it over there.

mine expires on the 18th :'(

HR hasn't said a thing to me though, and managers here that are friends of mine told me that HR is behind a lot of stuff so it will be a while until they start checking that kind of stuff.

I called my congressman today and they will look into the matter immediately...keeping fingers crossed.
