Advance Parole Help

Hi guys.

I need help and would like to hear what were my odds about applying for Advance Parole. I am currently 23 years old I came to the US when I was 8 Years old. I came here illegally from Mexico. I applied for DACA in 2012 I was approved I recently just send my renewal application.

I have a sick grandfather in Mexico who I have not seen in 15 years. It would mean the world to both him and I to be able to see each other before he passes away :-(.

I have read many stories about people applying for Advance Parole and not having any problems upon return to the US. I am really scared to actually take this risk being I have lived in the US pretty much my entire life and I don't know what I would do if i was denied the return. A lot if not all of the stories on here state that it was a smooth pass back to the US.

any help or any word towards AD will truly help

You have STRONG chances of being approved for AP provided you provide some type of documentation/doctor's letter detailing your grandmother's old age and debilitating physical conditions. ALOT of DACAers have been approved and have comfortably returned. I'm waiting for an AP decision myself and when I come back I plan on just being calm at the interview and providing honest answers. Just be calm. As long as you don't have a record or something like that, you should have no problems in coming back. Fill out the application carefully picking the proper options.

As long as your record is clean, you should have no problem coming back in.

I used AP to travel outside the country. Various others have been successful as well

People on here don't believe in using the search option. I can't believe we're still getting the I-765WS question.

Theres NUMEROUS threads on this. If you take the time to read it, I bet its more information than what u can get from this thread.

Its not that we are rude, is that questions such as these are over riding the main page because you refuse to take some time and learn how this site works, the search box is right on top of the lounge page, and you also waited some 48 minutes before making the SAME thread again, what made you think if you didnt get a response you would get some if you made it again?
