Is this normal?(Haven't received Bio letters yet?)
 

I sent the renewal app on 10/16...Delivered the next day.. Right now its first of November and I was sure my Bio letters would come this week but it didn't...I only received a receipt in the mail for the $465 filing fee and biometrics.

No biometrics letter, 1-797 notice of action, etc...

I need to get in my Bios ASAP cause my EAD expires 12/16 which is in 1.5 months

have you checked your status online? id say you should get them in a week or two more.

It took me 3 weeks to receive my biometric letter.

Congratz! No not yet, tomorrow will be 2 months of waiting so I should hear something by this month (November) :-)

Sigh :(... Still have not received it yet exactly 3 weeks now

3 Weeks and only a Receipt for the $465 fee

My status online says "Case cannot be found"

It just sucks to know that I could have already did the Biometrics last week or this week...I called USCIS and spoke to a rep who basically just told me to wait 30 days for both biometrics and I-797

Hmmmm that's weird well I guess all you can do is wait till 30 days, I hope you get it very soon! As for the case status, mine wasn't showing either until 10/16/2014 when I randomly checked to see if I can see my case status and it finally showed saying it was in "initial review" it takes them awhile to update your case status, it updated 3weeks after biometrics.

Hey Alex I got it yesterday, to my surprise :-)...Appointment set for 11/21 but I'm going to try and walk in early next Monday..will update then
