enter with out inspection mean you crossed, swam (doesnt count if youre cuban) bike, flew, walked, felt into the usa with out inspection

Man people are stupid. Entering on visa waiver program is legal admission to US, it is NOT EWI unless you committed fraud on entry (ex. used someone else's documents, or concealed a fact that would make you ineligible to enter (ex. you are banned from re-entry, or are a felon).

As such you are able to adjust status via a marriage to a US citizen since you were lawfully admitted in. Note however that as a part of the VWP you waive your rights to fight removal aside from claiming asylum.
