Texas Service Center is a mess!

Am i the only person who has always gotten mails late from this service center? First my Ap never came on the mail when they suposedly mailed it out. Also all notices comes late!

Texas service center is slow and backlogged. Look at there processing timeframes on uscis, they are VERY slow and backlogged. I'm glad my case is at Nebraska service center. Hope you get your AP document.

They made me reapply! Also alll receipts notices were NEVER sent.
