California AB 60
 
Hey guys,

So California will start issuing driver's license to undocumented next month. Anybody planning to apply for a driver's license next month? Those who didn't qualify in the 1st DACA(Age out, Arrived after june 15, etc)

Yup, I wonder if I'll have to retake the tests if I already had a license in the past when California used to issue them to undocumented immigrants. Maybe I'll only have to take the written one to get it out of the way quick.

Hmm, I'm planning to apply for one while waiting for USCIS to let us apply for the DACA expansion. This is the proposed design http://driveca.org/bill-ab60/

Do you think we can go to DMV and get the "federal limits apply" removed after we get our work permit(through DACA)???
