College DreamAct & BOG
Hello I am confused about my situation with college fafsa, This is my first year and i applied to the dream act and was awarded calgrant, but also applied to the ab540 wich makes me a California resident (so i wont have to pay out of state tuition) to my school, but up to my surprise i also got the Board of Governor's Waiver - B wich pays for my tuition. But recently i got emails from them asking for us citizenship and high school diploma. Well of course I am not a citizen if i applied with the dream act. So my question is was i supposed to get the Board of Governor's Waiver - B even tho I am not a citizen?
