Do you have to let the SS office know about your previous work history (before DACA)

So I was pretty much working for 6 years with a made up SS number and filing taxes with a ITIN until I got DACA. What happens to that work history? Does it automatically transfer to your new number or is that something I have to talk to the SS office about?

Mine transferred. I got a letter from the social security administration with all the taxes that had been taken out since I started working. And it also said how much I would get in disability.
