is Parolee a status?
 

Let's say we leave on Advance Parole and the officer stamps our AP and valid for one year. Lets also pretend that some sort of immigration reform happens a day before the advance parole expires, we all know that all immigration reforms required you to be out of status on the day the law/executive action is passed/announce (to prevent future illegal immigration), what would happen in this case?

I could be wrong...but....Being a parolee is not a status... when i can back i got my advance parole paper stamped with "Parole until 2016- they gave me a year" Meaning that i have legal presence here for the purpose of adjusting.
