Hi,

has anyone applied recently or late last year and has yet to hear back. I know the processing time they are giving is 6 months. I applied in late October and did my biometrics in early December and haven't heard anything since. Not even an RFE for a previous infraction. Mine got sent to the Nebraska center and was wondering if there were people in a similar situation.

Nebraska received my package Oct 30. I did my biometrics Nov 24 and was approved March 5. 1 day before my expiration. If that helps you. .I think for sure hopefully you will hear from them right before your card expires as it happened to me and a few more people on here. If you sent it at least 4 months in advance you should be okay.

I am a new applicant. I think renewals are on a different timeline.

I'm under the same time frame, its getting frustrating that I haven't heard anything like you not even a RFE,

Contacted my congressman 3/07/2014


I don't know what it is my wife sister is graduation from boot camp and they ran a background check for a visitor pass and I got it.

All I had was problem with the law was stop for no DL

I was considering calling but since it hasn't been exactly the 6 months they quoted I am going to give it another month. Does anyone know how they weigh a past conviction. If it's based on the totality of the package or just the prior and you struck out?

App sent: oct 21 2014
Biometrics app: November 28 2014
And we havent heard anything, but I am always checking his case #. ��������
I think they are busy with the renewals and the first time app.

Congressman in riverside Ca, for me was dr. Ruiz they told it could take 30 day for them to hear back. I didn't talk to him but to his workers.

I want to call for 2nd rep or email someone but I don't know who to email

I am going to wait for the 6 months to come and then if I don't hear back I will call. They are estimating 6 months, so I'll give them that long before I inquire. I just wondered because I haven't received an RFE or a denial. Aside from the biometrics which was done last year I haven't received anything from them.
