Received an expired ap document
 

So last night I got my ap in the mail and it was expired since Friday , I called customer service and clearly said the stamp on the envelope shows the mailed it on March 18 it expired two days later and when I received it it had been expired now 3days. They said I had to go on the website and submit and inquiry has this happened to any one else ..,
