Illinois Road Test
 

hello my job just transferred me to Illinois and i cannot transfer my Georgia license i have to retake the test. In Georgia i had to parallel park, back into a parking spot and just drive around the block. i just wanted to know what i need to do for the road test here so ill be prepared. thanks in advance (oh and i already passed the written portion i just have to go back and take the road test)

Is pretty easy. It is just driving for a few blocks. Making full stops every where, watching your speed, driving with both hands on the wheel, wear you seat belt, check your headlights and adjust your rear & side mirrors. Make a 3-point turn. Park uphill & downhill properly.

When you take the road test, make sure the vehicle is insured. Which DMV in IL are you going? Some are express and cannot take road tests.
