DACA and US Citizenship/Green Card
Hello! I entered the US legally with an I-94 in 2000, which expired a few years later. I was approved for DACA in 2012 and it is still active. I want to marry my boyfriend of 4 years, who is a US Citizen by birth. I have no children. Do you guys think it will be easy for my case to be approved and for me to get my green card this way? I have no criminal record and have paid taxes every year since working.
