Re: Obama asks Supreme Court to save his immigration plan
The supreme court is where our stand lies, the last place for it. If they rule against it, adios DACA, adios ANY kind of DACA like system. If they rule for it, no president will touch DACA

Re: Obama asks Supreme Court to save his immigration plan
I am curious to read about how legal experts think the justices will rule. Certainly, if the justice was appointed by a Democratic President we stand better odds to rule in our favor , hopefully the vote goes our way...

Re: Obama asks Supreme Court to save his immigration plan
This is it ladies and gentlemen. This could very well be the biggest court case that will affect us in our entire lives. Soak it all in and enjoy the long 7 month ride. Yes, even for you young whippersnappers with your fancy DACA cards(I assume there is card or nicely written letter of some sort), this will ultimately either legitimize your right to exist or return you back to having a pathetic existence of hard labor like well, moi. Now that we're out of the Kangaroo courts of the South, our battle begins.

Re: Obama asks Supreme Court to save his immigration plan
if the supreme court find DAPA/DACE extension, it has EVERYTHING to do with DACA take in mind DACA extension/DAPA was stopped because the Obama wasnt clear about some stuff, didnt let the judges go over it or something like that. Under that ruiling, there goes original DACA

The main question are the BOLD sentences in the article. Will the Justices agree by mid January to hear the case? What do Texas have to respond on 30 days? Co incidence on this filing on its anniversary of 1 year? |
