AP- Not married to a USC
I am in the process of applying for advanced parole but just as I'm about to send my application I am feeling extremely anxious and nervous. I've been reading a lot of posts on here and it seems that most people who apply for AP are married to a USC. Has anyone who is not married to a USC applied for AP and came back to the U.S successfully? I'm also EWI, so that part worries me. Any advice or input would be greatly appreciated!

I'm not married and I re-entered successfully with AP.

Re: AP- Not married to a USC
You won't have a problem coming back in. The only difference is that they'll write your I-94 and Passport "Deferred Action or DA or DACA" instead of "AOS (Adjustment of Status)"

Re: AP- Not married to a USC
I'm not married and I reentered. They stamped my passport and stapled an I-94 to it. Ob both stamps and I-94, it says "purpose: advanced parole"
