I'm not in CA, but if your mom has no SS she can still do her taxes by getting an ITIN # from the IRS. She would have to get like bank statements if she has one to prove how much she makes. Now, I don't know what your immigration status is but since your in school and if you may have apply and received DACA, why not apply for a part time job? That way you won't need to have your moms tax returns, just yours when you apply for financial aide!
