Please help!! Picture for AP request

Hi guys

I submitted my i131 for AP about 2 weeks ago, and I just checked my status online to find out that they sent me a request for additional evidence. I panicked so much because I thought I had sent in everything and then when I did some research online I found out that it's probably because I didn't send in 2 photographs!! My gosh, I don't know how I made this mistake. I read over so many threads on AP and I thought I didn't see photographs on the list of things to attach. But I have nothing to say because it was clearly stated in the i131 filing instructions. I read that too!! I just can't believe I missed this..

Anyway, my question is what should the picture look like?? It looks like the guidelines for the photograph is pretty specific.

Is it just a 2x2 regular passport-style photo?? On the filing instructions, it has all the specific measurements like head height should be 1" to 1 3/8" from top... etc. I'm just scared I will not get this perfectly right... and then it says, if it's a digital photo, it should be high resolution... what do they mean by a digital photo??

Where did you guys have these pictures taken?? I'm panicking even more because the guidelines are soooo specific.

People who got the AP, please advise!!!! Thank you so much in advance!!

Yup, they're the 2x2 passport style photos (the exact same ones fro DACA). You can take them at walgreens, etc.

Go to Walgreens to take them. They take and give you the photos to specs.

I always get mine at Costco. Really cheap and they give you 4 copies

Are the photos absolutely required for AP only or DACA as well? Cuz many people here said they never sent in their photos either or the times. Initial nor renewal.

OP.. I know you're assuming that its the photos... and I hope it's something that can be simply solved for you. But either way.. can u keep us posted about the RFE when you get the letter in the mail please? Thanks.

So I just got the letter in the mail today. And it turns out that it wasn't about the photos. For my evidence, I submitted a doctor's note about my grandfather's condition, but the doctor wrote it originally in English, so no translation was needed. I even mentioned that in a cover letter too. But they are saying that they need a foreign language version of it. So I'm resubmitting that evidence in both languages.

But I'm surprised they didn't mention the passport style photos.. cuz I didn't submit it. Everyone submitted the photos with i-131, right? So I'm thinking I will just submit the photos too along with the medical documentation, even though they didn't mention it..
