Hi, I need to file for an Advance Parole so that I can go to Korea to visit my sick father. What documents/forms do I need to provide as evidence?

Doctor's letter explains your dad's condition. Birth certificate proving your relations to your dad. That's all that's really needed.

So is like a scanned image of the doctor's letter just enough? No need to have it actually mailed to the US or anything?

Yes. A scanned image of the doctors letter is good. If it is in another language, you must translate it to English.
