I765 Notice of Action Letter

I did not received this letter when I renewed my work permit back in 2014. Could I use the EAD as documentation for form I-765?? :confused::confused:

Yes, that's proof that your EAD was granted.

Just as an FYI, when you renew your EAD you never receive that letter.

When you are approved for an EAD for the first time they send you an approval letter. When you are approved for an EAD renewal, they won't send an approval letter
