DACA RENEWAL after AP
 

Hi guys..

My sister traveled with Advance Parole and it's her time for renewal.
She traveled abroad with AP during her DACA.
Under form I-821D, Part 2, (Residence and Travel Information)
Item# 1: I have been continuously residing in the US.....
Does she have to state her AP travel?

She already stated her AP travel under Part 3 (Travel Information)..

Any information would be greatly appreciated...

No. She's considered continually residing. They know of her AP travel
