Applying for GREEN CARD AFTER AP
 

Has anyone with DACA have apply for green through marriage after coming back to US with Advance Parole .
I'm confused as to what to put on section 3 . In what status did you las entry? and nonimigrant visa ? on I - 485 .

Or does anyone know of a person who has DACA and got AP and then apply for green card? I cant find anything online or anyone with that same scenario. Thanks in advance .

You would be considered "Parolee"as status upon your entry. You will need to send a copy of the I-94 along with your packet (you have to go to the CBP.gov website to print out your I-94).

There was a thread on here that had the steps to take and the paper work to fill out. I'll try to find it, in the meantime if anyone else posts on here the link or the paperwork, be my guest.

There have been many DACA applicants who have used the loophole of AP to change EWI to that of a legal entrant. Simply search the forums.
