Approved but no EAD card?
 

Is anyone else having this issue? I was approved on 08/09 but a month later I have yet to receive my EAD card.
Here is my timeline


Sent APP: 04/21/2016
Bios: May/18/2016
Expired: 09/15/2016
Approved: 08/09/2016

Some people have had success calling customer support and speaking with a representative to give them a tracking number. It usually on average takes about 10 days to receive so you might want to make sure. Does your ELIS account show your card has been produced? Mailed? Check mycasestatus site as well.

Yeah I have, it just says my "green card" has been produced and mailed to address provided.

I would submit a service request that I have not received the card. You can email them through the ELIS site. Also, try giving them a call a tier 2 rep might be able to give you the tracking number.

happening to me to the T and they gave me tracking number off the phone but it was supposed to be delivered on the 1st andf its the 12th stuck at the destibution center. I am calling today fo rthem to resend the card cus this post office probably lost my damn card smh. they can send a bill but not important things!


update: Called uscis and they did not send my card but actually the approval notice for i765 and now it takes up to *60* days to send out the damn cards

So weird. People who got approved on 9/1 or 9/2 have received theirs. How were they able to give you a tracking number if they didn't send the card though... Have you kept on working while waiting for the physical card cause it's not your fault USCIS is conflicting their updates.

I guess it was a trackimg to the approval letter but it doesnt make sense and im still working, noone questioned me but it is approved if they want to ask me

Yeah girl! Weird. Never heard of tracking for the letter. I'd call again if I were you.

YES! I Talked to two different people and it was SOOOOO useless. So I guess we are stuck too. I'm still working too. I am not trying to lose this job either though.

Since the 10th of august....so i have another month to get the card according to the lady. I hope that request she put in to resend works smh she said the 27th if i dont get anything call again lol
