USCIS Process
 

Hey guys, I hope everyone is doing really well today.
Well, I've been so stressed lately because of all of this uscis process . I sent my application to Chicago lockbox on August 31th and got there on September 1st. Waiting like 10 days and did not get any response, I called like 5 or 6 times and no one gave me any useful information about my application. However , after 15 days I was at GSU and my wife called to tell me that uscis sent the package back because something was wrong. As you can imagine I got more stressed than I was because we thought that we sent everything right and we will just have to wait for a response from them. What irritated me the most was that they took so long to send the aplication back, but on Saturday of September 17 we resent it and it got in Chicago on September 19 since then I haven gotten anything from UsCIS. Fellas, I do not know what to do b cause I've called and nobody tells me something good or useful. What's strange is that I checked my money orders and it says that they cashed them on the 29th of September. I do know what to wait from them or how long I have to wait. If you guys know something about USCIS processing time please respond to me.

Are you checking your case online? It should say they received it, and to wait for a notice. If they got cashed them already you should be getting a receipt within the next week or two so don't panic! The process is sometimes slow due to the high volume of cases they get each week, just be patient.

Fernando yeah, I always check the status online and the only thing it says it that they returned that package to me that's it.

Well my friends, I have some updates.

On sept 19 de package was received
On Oct 5th got my 4 letters saying that uscis got the package.
On oct 6th got my latter of Biometrics appointment scheduled for 10/18
Now just waiting
