Look at the 2nd quote. It specifically refers to Daca. Pull your head out of sand.

It has nothing to do with DACA. You need to pull YOUR head out of the sand. It says every "UNCONSTITUTIONAL"... DAPA has been found unconstitutional and blocked by Supreme Court. DACA has remained UNTOUCHED meaning it is not unconstitutional. Get at me anyone right now. I got this shit covered. We about to take the fight to Capitol Hill.

According to Trump anything Obama does is unconstitutional. DACA is an exec order that President Trump can undo unilaterally. He simply needs to sign a paper saying that. You are living in denial.
