We'll get pardoned but then what? We'll still be illegal. Best case scenario we won't be subject to the 10 year ban.

I'm no lawyer but in source two paragraph two it states:

A pardon power as to initiate a mass amnesty of undocumented aliens...

Best case scenario I see him do, is legalize all DACAers.

Will he do it? Maybe. That can be political suicide.
