Traffic violation question
 

Question, my husband was stupid and used my registration sticker for his car. He got pulled over and cited for it. Went to court and they want to charge him with misdemeanor registration tag fraud. Will that affect him when and if the opportunity to adjust status is presented?

Hire a lawyer right now. There is a good chance that a good lawyer can reduce the punishment to just a fine or community service.

I have heard of someone getting their license suspended for that on top of citation too.

When he fills out the adjustment application he will have to list the charge and all associated paperwork that came with it.
