Eb-5 is 500k.. But yea sorta... Let's be honest though.. If you have $1m dollars hard cash you're probably not illegal

EB-5 is 1 mill if you do it via the regular program, 500K if you do it in a "targetted area", or via a "regional center" program.

Original goal of the 500k was so you'd invest in some shithole like Kansas, in reality you'll have State Departments of Labor in NY, NV, CA, and few other good states carve up some plot of land that has a 15% unemployment that looks like the squiggles republicans drew in NC.

No. There are EB Visas where you can invest as little as $100K and that lead to a GC. That can grow into millions.

Why would you pay one million to be here when you can use that money to move somewhere else and basically retire early. Or apply to move to another country.

The Kush and Ivanka were in China promoting this a while back. This could backfire and I hope it does like everything they've touched so far.

So in Canada, the wealthy in China are/were buying property mainly Vancouver and Toronto, driving prices way up for normal folk. Now that they are done with Canada, they could do the same here in the States.

China, when it comes to the wealthy, are incredibly corrupt. Keep that in mind.

You seriously have no idea what you are talking about.

You can do E-1 or E-2 with 50k but that doesn't lead to a green card.
