If DACA is rescinded, what about pending apps?
 

If Trump cancels DACA, do you guys think pending applications will still get processed? I mean if we already paid and did our biometrics.

Anyone have any educated opinions on this?

Yes ! Most likely if it's cancelled for new applicants. They would stop accepting new applications on that day. They would process the remaining apps. This seems like a likely possibility.

that's the tricky thing isn't it? DAPA and eDACA we're never implemented so it didnt really caused a major panic and disturbance when the judge placed an injunction on it.

DACA has been going on for 5 years, i have a gut feeling the lawsuit will be thrown out.

I figure that if DACA is rescinded, they'll kill all of daca right there, and since it was only an application, they can just deny it and refund the money.

USCIS usually doesn't refund money, so it will be interesting to see what they do with pending applications if DACA is rescinded.

No new renewals means no new renewals imo, sad cuz my app is pending :/

I think they will go through because it's before the date. And like someone mentioned they don't do refunds. I dunno about initial requests.

what u think, man. if daca ends then obviously there not going to work on apps it does not matter if they r initial or renewals because the program ended!
