AP Question
 

Okay everyone I'm in need of advice. My wife has DACA and we're looking into Advance Parole to change her status and all that fun stuff.

None of her relatives are in an dire situation so humanitarian is basically out at the moment.

She's not in school at the moment so that option is limited.

Option 1. We're looking at either doing a AP for a business trip with the reasoning of needing to be at an international convention.

Could we have our own business that requests her to go to this convention? Or would we be better off with a third party providing a letter of evidence for the need?

Option 2. We do a trip for sea turtles or some sort of trip that helps the environment. Does anyone have experience with doing AP with one of these sea turtle trips?

Any other suggestions you guys might have to get AP to remove her EWI?

I would say enroll in a foreign language class that includes immession in a foreign country. You could do something like French or German.
