Yup, you gain entry with inspection via AP in the event you didn't before, making AoS easier.

Of course, those people will not state all the positives AP also provides DACA recipients.

This is what I don't understand about conservatives, most of them say, we are NOT racist, we just want you to leave and do it the right way.

People then ask for AP and leave the country and do it the right way this time and is still not enough. So yes, that proofs it is a race thing, is not about doing it "the right way"

This is dangerous article only meant to rile up the racist Faux News readers. There is no loophole with DACA, they fail to mention that only the people who are getting green cards with DACA are those married to US citizens. Shit like this gets me mad and this is how misinformation spreads.

This is A LEGAL LOOPHOLE. The judicial system did not declare DACA to be unconstitutional; all of the applicants exploited this loophole in a legal way. These dreamers are not at fault for a broken immigration system. Congress, fix the damn issue if you don't like it. End of story.

Getting married, MAVNI, AOS with 245i. Hell a handful might have even managed to get legalized through an S-VISA in the last 4 years.

Wait, being in this game for a long,long time now I just want to know what page we are on in 2017. So the current fad is for undocumented immigrants to be getting publicly criticized for getting legalized? Is knowing English in the same category too? If so, I may still be able to whip out my old accent if that will get me some sympathy. It may take me a few months to be running at undocumented level at full speed, but I have always been known as a hard worker
