Hypothetical: UWD opposing sensible Border Security

UWD or other groups

What actions to take?

We should be prepared in case that happens...

A big rally would be enough along with social media?

Any ideas?

I think we should prepare somehow... Who would be willing?

Just yesterday I read an article that said...

Dreamers oppose wall, even if it saves them...

I don't know of the majority of 800k dreamers trading their lives for not building fucking wall.

The wall is impractical but the point is that we don't oppose the wall if it saves us..

People sound like little peaches when they start saying give them the border wall, if you start giving all your leverage from day one that won't be leverage anymore to get nothing. Border wall is way too much and I think that they are saving it for CIR. I am OK with some border security along with DA. No border wall. If you start sounding like a little peach saying give them the border wall, that is retarded.

I agree,

Although, opposing ANY border security... Is not the way to start. I believe Durbins approach is a good one.

I just emailed them . I suggest everyone in this forum send them an email .
I wrote :
I am writing you to express opinions of the DACA recipients in my area and members of DACA forum. We support Border security , E-Verify to exchange for legislative DACA solution. We need the Democrat to compromise with GOP to work something out. Our life will be destroyed if nothing gets done in next 6 months.

We are real people. In reality , there is no way GOP will support Dream Act if Democrat don't compromise with them on something .

We have to realize that " Amnesty for all " , it's impossible . It failed many times in the past years.

Now we have the great opportunity and momentum, please don't ruin it .

I am not too keen about E-verify either for daca at this time either. That would be ok when there is no momentum but right now the momentum is with us, some security like drones and more surveillance sounds OK.
