Daca offensive prank
 

Hello brothers and sisters,

Today at 9:00am-10:0am, I was listening to the radio station Power 106 (The Cruz Show) in Los Angeles.
When all of a sudden I heard a very OFFENSIVE joke about DACA.
They were broadcasting some type of prank call to the soon to be mother-in-law; the prankster_1 (female) and the prankster_2 (male) were calling the mother of prankster_1 to give her some fake news that prankster_1 & prankster_2 were getting married so that prankster_2 can get a citizenship since prankster_2 was a so-called DACA recipient. This was probably a ~3 minute prank call, but it was EXTREMELY low class & unnecessary specially in this current situation that we are battling. People think living with DACA is a laughing matter.

Seriously, people don't understand how uncomfortable this situation that we are currently facing really is.

I don't find it funny.

There's an english radio station out here that does some dumb prank calls. Although it is not DACA related, I find it offensive because :
1. It is immigrant related
2. They are white
3. I'm Mexican

A Caucasian female prankster goes by the name of "Carmen" and speaks in what Caucasian people think is a Mexican accent.
During the calls, she pretends to barely speak english and yells nonsense to whomever is on the other line. It is highly annoying .
As a form of boycott, I stopped listening to that station when they started doing that.
