It looks like USCIS will be accepting PD based on Filing Chart in October which has been moving a lot faster then Final Action Chart.

Anyone filing in October based on Family based petition here for AoS?

I am not filing in October, but I have my AOS interview on October 18:razz: if that counts.

I filed I-130 in November 2010, and 7 years later the AOS interview is less than a month away. Can’t wait.

You need to go back to your country for the interview? Did you get a waiver?

That is great. Are you covered under 245i or I-601(A) waiver?

It's been such a crazy month with hurricanes and such, I completely forgot to check this. Looks like they're still not moving forward but brought the original dates back so hurrah I guess! I hope they start moving the file date at least...

You should be happy because USCIS is accepting Filing Chart and not Final Action. Look at the date for Filing.
