2018 Expiration-Approved
So, after the original Paxton letter back in July, I decided I wasn't going to take a chance and went ahead and submitted a renewal. Especially considering that I'm in the middle of a training program and locked in for three years.
So here's the timeline. Submitted Renewal: July 11, 2017 Walk in Biometrics: July 24, 2017 Approved: September 27, 2017 Prior Expiration: August 2018 I can't say for those that submit after September 5, but if you submitted before that, there's hope. |

What’s the worst that can happen? Just deny your application right? But they can’t cancel your current DACA right?

Re: 2018 Expiration-Approved
You submitted for renewal a year before your EAD expired? I thought we were only allowed to do that 6 months prior to expiration.
