DACA First Time Application?

I posted this in the megathread two weeks ago, and did not get any response, so forgive me if this violates the rules. I applied for the first time, and got my bios taken June 19th, and my case is still in progress. Should I be worried and contact the ombudsman, or is this perfectly fine?

If you're saying June 19th of this year, then you are fine.
A lot of initial cases take 6 months +
You can go look at the current timeline for initial cases on USCIS.gov

My first time applying took close to a year. Stay put, you only waited 4 months.

Its normal. Some cases take a month other cases take months. My last application took a long time. It took like 7 months.

First time takes very long. The average is 6 months. I was approved in about 7 months after I submitted my initial application. I wouldn’t worry. Good luck!!!

sadly trump has made it clear that he wants a relief to only help current daca recepients and not pending apps or expired dacaers. :/

That is absolutely false. Also, very illogical. The whole point of giving DACA ending a deadline of 6 months is for Congress to come up with something for everyone that is covered by DACA. They would not exclude so much of the group just because their applications are pending or have expired. Makes no sense whatsoever.
